About Me :)

I am Sam (Samantha when I am in trouble).   A woman, mother and wife who is living life the best way I know how, trying to have as much fun doing it.  Newbie
Runner, book lover and spammer of Instagram.

I am married to my soul mate Cliff, who infuriates me, laughs with me, crys with me, fights with me, loves me and stands by me…  I am incredibly blessed, as this blog started out as a way for me to deal with and connect with like people suffering from infertility.  Now that I am a mother to two incredible children, this blog documents our lives, laughs and all the stuff that happens in between.

  1. Beautiful blog, Sam! Best of luck for your IVF cycle! It is exciting, the most amazing things happen so quickly and best of all is that it does have a high success rate.

  4. Hello Sam,

My name is Michael and I’m a fellow WordPress.com blogger.

A couple of days ago, while doing some random searching across the web, I came across a blog on Blogger.com – I also discovered that the author had “re-posted” one of my fiancee’s poems without permission and was trying to pass it off as his own writing.

After doing some additional checking, I discovered that almost all of the written content on that site had been “cut and pasted” verbatim from WordPress bloggers. Your post: “Jingle Bells, Christmas Smells” was one of them.

I don’t know if you gave permission for that person to “re-post” your writing, but in the event that you did not, I wanted to make you aware of the situation.

You can see the “re-post” at: http://peeling-back-layers.blogspot.com/2008/12/jingle-bells-christmas-smells.html

    Best Regards,

    – michael –

  5. Hi Sam,

I came across your blog along time ago & reading it was like reading everything that I was thinking myself! Our journeys are very simlar.

I have been staying away from anything IVF retlated for the past few months (much needed break) but today I was clenaing out my favourite links and clicked on your blog.

My heart goes out to you that you are in that very difficult place again, there is nothing I can say to you except that I understand, really I do.

    Be kind to yourself.

  9. I really enjoyed reading your story this evening. I stumbled across your blog looking for parenting blogs and I found your article on surviving thanks to your BB very amusing. Same experience here but with my iPhone 🙂

Perhaps you’d be happy to share your journey to motherhood with the members of TheMamaClub via our blog? I found your story to be really inspiring. Thank you

  10. Can’t believe I have been ‘reading’ your blog for so long….for so long before Kade, and after him, and that I can recall your cycle updates.

Anyways, Congrats again, and blue suits you.
